Simplest Steamed Sponge Cake (3种成分 蒸鸡蛋糕)
Traditional Way of making steamed sponge cake with 3 ingredients only.
Ingredients (8" square mould)
100 g cake flour, sieved
80 g granulated sugar
4 eggs (about 200 g)
