- 白醋水/檸檬
切魚切肉後,砧板上的腥味很難祛除,可以用白醋直接倒在砧板上,或將檸檬切開,直接塗抹在整塊砧板去除異味,然後放在陽光下自然晾乾。
- 白醋水+小蘇打
假如用木質砧板,刀痕容易留下,縫隙也容易滋生細菌,可以用小蘇打均勻塗抹在砧板上,然後倒上白醋,再用洗碗海綿擦洗,靜置5分鐘後用清水沖洗乾淨,然後放在通風處自然吹乾。
- 鹽+檸檬
如果怕白醋留下味道,嘗試用鹽+檸檬。將少量的鹽先灑在砧板上,然後將檸檬切片後蘸食鹽擦拭砧板,等檸檬汁全部覆蓋砧板後,靜置3分鐘,用水再沖洗乾淨。
