email學問

覆email好似好簡單，但其實暗藏好高嘅學問。你有冇試過覆完email，畀腦細話你一啲禮貌都冇？
有3隻字真係千其千其千其唔好用（很重要所以要講3次）！

1. Actually

平時聽ABC同事扮高檔講actually已經夠眼火爆，更何況白字黑字？但如果想指證人錯咁點算？其實咪即係好似以前考公開試口試咁，讚下先再話「不過點點點」，你懂的。
代替嘅字有：Definitely, got it, I see, great point, makes sense, understandable

2. Sorry

當做錯嘢就咁講sorry，人哋會覺得你輕率冇誠意，用apologize係咪即刻好似升咗幾個呢咁呢？你諗下如果將“Sorry, I forgot!”變做 “I apologize—it totally slipped my mind.” 哇！真係升咗幾個呢！然後再講下點樣令自己唔會再犯，即刻誠意爆登，話唔定做錯事，變加分。
代替嘅字有：You’re right, I apologize, Going forward I will…, I understand why you’re upset

3.  Me

唔想俾人感覺自我中心，就唔好用me、myself、I呢啲腦細專用字，如果用，就有如喺腦細面前表演，小心人頭落地﹗用腦筋諗下點唔用呢啲字又可以表達到本身嘅意思，分分鐘更加聯繫到你嘅目的，更加有效溝通。

有me/I：
When you have a moment, could you please send me the info on next Wednesday’s campaign launch? I want to double-check a couple details before it goes live.

冇me/myself/I
