Glass noodles

Eating many meals of Thai food when I was in Thailand,
one thing I have deep impression is the "glass noodles",
I have the habit to read the menu carefully,
in order to appreciate how the chef gave the name of the dishes!

the name of glass noodles is beautiful and romantic to me,
I am a noodles lover,
definitely,
I know glass noodles is not noodles at all,
it is vermicelli,
but tasting the vermicelli,
and thinking the name of glass noodles,
how wonderful!
