Yesterday watched a scene (perfect demonstration) that
a boss publicly appraised the well-done project of his subordinate - Ms A,
everybody knows that it should be the credit of the boss,
as he is very detailed on monitoring everything,
Ms A just executed his orders.
But Ms A took the total credits,
and was very happy to pass and share the happiness to her staff.
Only one experience staff indicated that it was the excellent guidance from the boss.
