The printer in the office is out of order for more than four weeks; we have placed the repairing order and emphasized it generated strange noises when printing.
The technician came today with the part, however, after the repairing, we still heard the strange noise.
It ended up that the guy didn’t check comprehensively but only one part he found out, thus we were unable to confirm the repairing work was 100% done - we need to report to the company that the work hasn't been completed.
Sorry for the guy, but I think he should learn form the lesson.
