Today take the chance to discuss with my colleagues,
interesting to know that if you do not ask,
they would not say,
but if they say it out,
there are so many issues that each may have different viewpoints.

Furthermore,
most of the time,
people like to assume that one should know,
but actually,
it is another different story.

Communication is very important,
and also the behaviour towards the issues,
