Long time ago, the office used Philippines maids to take care of the cleaning tasks, and the maids were really hard working and nice.
I missed them a long once in a while as these few years, the office hires the company which employs Chinese workers only (actually, the Phillippines workers go to work in the Casions).
The toilets and the hallway really can tell a lot of differences.
The other day, I helped my boss to move some of the old files, and I could see a lot of dust in the corner everywhere.
There are more than 10 workers, they work everyday in the whole building.
Every Tuesday 5:30, all of them just come to our tiny office, and try to kind of clean the desks - I don't think they clean the desk, they are messing my desk.
In addition, yesterday, the foreman didn't appear, all the workers chatted and laughed loudly in my working area, one accidentally unplugged the power, all the work in the computer of my colleague disappeared!!
I didn't want to complain but I think no mater what, whenever one is in the job, one should be professional, do respect others and respect oneself.
I read a message on one of my friend's blog, she also passes the view that people should respect our job and be professional, we need professional chefs, we need professional policemen, we need professional doctors...........
