Delicious dinner at Dragon Palace

Last night our family had a very nice dinner in "Dragon Palace" of Hotel Golden Dragon. We had 10 persons and we ordered the food for 12 - a full banquet. We had a private VIP room. The food was so good, though it was raining heavily outside, the gathering was so wonderful - the bill too - about 600 per person!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dishes are: 京都片皮鴨 ( 一鴨兩食) (Barbecue Duck) 上湯龍蝦麵 ( Big Lobsters with noodles) 乾燒雲南珍菌鮑柳 (Mixed Mushrooms) 醬皇甜豆鴛鴦蚌 (Sweet Peas with two kinds of seafood) 濃湯雞煲鮑翅 ( Chicken Soup with abalone and sharks' fin) 西芹炒鴨片 (Slice of duck with celery) 清蒸老虎斑 ( Steamed fish) 金龍軒吊燒雞 ( Deep Fried Chicken in Chinese Style) 蝦籽柚皮扣玉掌(Grapefruit peels with shrimp seeds cooked in special sauce and served wtih geese 's feet) 鵝肝醬帶子炒飯 (Fried Rice) 蛋白杏仁茶 ( Almond tea with egg white) 美點雙輝 ( Cookies and buns) 鮮果拼盤 ( Fruit Plate) We also had a bottle of nice red wine...........
