I usually work late in the office, therefore cooking quickly is the first priority for my dinner.
Here are the list of the cooking dishes ( to be updated whenever I remember some of them):
* Steamed soybean curd, with soy sauce and sesame oil (it can be a cold dish)
* Steamed soybean curd with fresh dace(ready made from market), with pepper and soy sauce
* Steamed eggs (with scallops, use chicken soup to replace water)
* Cook soybean curd with mushroom soup (as sauce)
* Cook rice with the canned Milestone soup ( use only a little bit water)
* Balsam pear with canned dace in dark beans
* Balsam pear scrambled eggs
* Tomato scrambled eggs
* Minced beef scrambled eggs
* Fried chicken with lemon juice sauce
* Fried chicken with tomato sauce
* Fried chicken with pineapples
* Slice chicken meat with potatoes and carrots
* Beef with potatoes and carrots
* Beef with pineapples
* Stirred fry beef with tomato sauce
* Corn soup with eggs
With more time, I can also cook more other dishes, such as making soup -
Vegetable meat soup
Some traditional Chinese soups
