【商業英語】辭職點開口？（Frankie Chan）

今時今日，對一份工作從一而終，幾乎是不可能發生的事。於是離職或轉職，便成為每個打工仔都有機會面對的問題。那麼，該要怎樣對老闆開口說「我要離開」、「我要辭職」，才能獲得他的理解呢？

要讓老闆明白你想好聚好散，在提出辭職時，需保持清醒的頭腦，簡潔且清楚地把準備好的呈辭理由說出來。可是，千萬別要把這當成一個抱怨投訴的良機，否則可能因為辭職，而為自己帶來一場風暴。

俗語有云：「凡事留一線，日後好相見」，說不定在未來的日子，也會在職場有碰面的機會。以下是一些跟上司開口說辭職的常見「開場白」，當下一次要另謀高就時，便能用得著。

1. First of all, I’d like to say that I’ve really enjoyed working with you. But I think now it’s time for me to move on.
（首先，我要說的是，我真的很高興能與你共事。但是，我認為現在該是我離開的時間了。）

2. Thank you so much for the opportunity for me to grow in my job and be able to work with all the amazing colleagues.
（非常感謝能有機會讓我在這工作中成長，以及可以與各位優秀的同事共事。）

3. I’ve made a very tough decision. Here’s my resignation letter.
（我作了一個很難的決定，這是我的辭職信。）

4. I’ve been trying extremely hard, but I don’t think I’m up to the job. So here’s my resignation.

5. It’s really hard for me to say this. But I’ve landed a new position in another company.

（老實說，我有一個更好的工作機會。）

11. I’m afraid I’m running out of steam. I think I should to take a break.

12. I’m quitting because I want to try something different.
（我辭職是因為我想嘗試一些不一樣的東西。）

有一點要注意的，就是我們不應跟老闆說離開的原因，是因為工資過低，如“I’m leaving because I feel that I’m underpaid.”（縱使這是一個最重要或唯一的原因）。千萬不要讓公司認為你是一個愛抱怨的員工，因為這只會敗壞你的名聲，有機會影響新公司日後對你的印象。

【商業英語】不能跟老闆說的6句話（Frankie Chan）

打工仔辛勤工作，經常加班，無非希望得到老闆賞識，可以盡快升職。除了工作表現，與老闆的日常溝通，也會直接影響升職的機會。有些說話，就算是鐵一般的事實，也不能直接對老闆當面說。習慣衝口而出的你，以下這些話還是別說了。

1. Just a minute   等一會
這裏的 “just a minute”，不是真的指1分鐘，同樣地“just a second”也不是指準確的一秒，而是泛指一個很短的時間，即「等一會」。當老闆叫你去他的辦公室時，而你正忙著一些重要公事，希望一會完成後才去。但事實上，有些老闆不會把員工的個人工作安排放在首位，希望下屬隨傳隨到。因此，當老闆叫你去見他時，還是別說“just a minute”了，而應連忙說道“Right away!”（立即）。

2. Oops! I forgot!   哎喲！我忘記了
當表示驚訝或後悔時會說Oops!，即是「哎喲」。大家可能試過忙到透不過氣來，忘記了要辦一些瑣碎的公事。但在老闆面前說“Oops! I forgot!”時，他可能會不太高興。
在職場打滾了好一些日子的師兄師姐，會說“I’m working on it. But I haven’t quite finished it yet.”（我現正在做，但尚未完成），而不是老實說忘記了。就像說玻璃杯裏的水是半滿，而非半空一樣。意思一樣，聽起來好多了。這是否有欺騙成份，就見仁見智。

3. Who’s the girl I saw your boyfriend with at the bar last night?
   昨晚在酒吧和你男朋友一起的那個女士是誰？
這是你在職場上最不應牽涉在內的事情之一，如果你告訴了老闆，而她的男朋友卻否認（一般都會），或證實那並不屬實的話，將是beginning of the end for you （你完蛋的開始）。

4.How much do you make a month?   你一個月賺多少？
八卦的同事們總想知道這答案，可能有些老闆不介意與你討論自己的薪酬，但一般來說，這是一個很不當的問題。即使問了，老闆也不會如實告訴你，反而給他一個沒有分寸、不懂體面的印象。

5.Can I have another raise?  能否給我再加一次人工？
Raise即是加薪，大多數公司對加人工都有一套既有的程序，應先清楚理解該程序，而不是貿然要求老闆額外加自己人工。如果認為自己業績顯赫，有資格加薪，那就應該做一些市場調查，找一個最佳時機提出要求。

6.You don’t know that?   你不知道麼？
大多數老闆都自我感覺良好，認為自己懂得業務上的一切，所謂的 know-it-all。當你和老闆在某件事情上有分歧，或他對於某些細節並不完全掌握時，千萬不要說“You don’t know that?”。
你不妨嘗試在句子的開頭說“You probably already know this.”（你或許已知道這些），這可讓老闆感到你尊重他的想法與專業，即使你知道的確實比他多一點。如果心胸狹窄的老細認為你的能力比他高，那你在公司的日子應該不會好過。

我親身初嘗葡萄牙之人文風采 ２０１６。７。１７

第一日抵達葡萄牙里斯本，
是星期日早上，
感覺是炎熱，
陽光猛烈但清風舒暢，
機場至酒店路上都很靜，
車程不用半小時，
取房後，
放下行李梳洗。

中午往一間著名修道院改建的餐館午餐，
Cervejaria da Trindade
葡萄牙藉同事推薦食牛扒，
配特別的 醬汁，
薄薄的，
味道豐富，
配上熱熬的面包 ，
美味。
侍者的衣著有中古味，
室內很有氣氛，
餐館悠久且出名，
在沒有預訂下，
但我們都不用等，
餐館大，
吃的人亦不算太多。

美味午餐後，
往市中心自由行，
至海邊，
領略宏偉的建築物及周圍景色。

其後坐車去了食真正的葡撻，
原來真的是很出名，
而葡萄牙亦真的是一個很多遊客的國家，
我們亦是，
那兒葡撻明顯有別於澳門的葡撻，
外皮如像薄脆，
內的蛋則以鮮奶為主，
沒有澳門的以蛋為主，
鬆軟的外皮，
配上肉桂粉，
各有不同及特色。
 
反而是晚上，
因為不是在旅遊區，
在酒店附近，
想尋好吃的地方，
但卻因為是周日，
很多地方都休息。
酒店附近大的百貨公司亦在傍晚關門。

為了醫肚，
葡萄牙藉同事問資料，
百貨公司一位剛下班的女士，
介紹我們往前方走有一些餐廳，
初初她和我們一起行，
並和我的同事沿路行，
心想，
葡萄牙人真的是友善好客。

雖接近８時多，
天色仍亮。
原來最後行了很遠，
我們選了
Cafe Sao Remo(Saldanha)
店子很多客人，
全坐在路上，
可能一些店子休息，
起菜很慢。
是晚選了魚扒，
不錯！

晚飯後要回酒店，
因為都有兩個地下鐵站那麼遠，
最後是打的回，
晚間的空氣溫明顯是涼的。
