Had a business lunch in Ying Chinese restaurant, this was my first time as I don't go to Taipa very often during the week day,for I work in the Macau side.
We had a set lunch for eight people, the sitting environment was OK, as we could not get a room, but the sea view was very nice.
There were plenty of people eating there, however, the service was still pretty good, also the waiters/waitress were very professional.
For me, there was nnot any big surprise for the dishes - barbacue pork, barbacue pork belly, barbacue duke,scallop and Tofu soup, chicken, beef with sweet beans, vegetable in seafood sauce,deep fried meat ball with crab meat sauce,fried rice, walnut sweet soup, fruit and chinese cookies.
The food was really very excellent.
I would love to go again to this restaurant.
