Reasons I am in love with Macau 愛上澳門的n個理由

Reasons I am in love with Macau:

This is the place where I was born and grew up.

I am a permanent resident.

Macau is small, everywhere is very close and reachable within limited time.

Transport to China and Hong Kong is convenient.

Though Macau is small, I can see plenty of people from all over the world - in the downtown area of Macao.

Macau is pretty because it is unique and Macao is influenced by a mixture of western and oriental cultures

Macau is very close to China and a lot of Asian cities can be reachable within few hours' fly.

Macau people is simple and nice.

There are plenty of delicious restaurants and eating shops everywhere, in reasonable price.

I have plenty of old classmates and friends here.

I got a job here, and I am satisfied with my monthly salary - I earn my own living.

I have my family and I have my house.

I can arrive my work place within 5 minutes.

There is no war here.

There are not many  natural disasters here.

Macau is becoming more dynamic, it is a developed city, hopefully, the software side matches with the city development!!

Nevertheless, I love the Old Macau - it was more quite and lovely, I love the sea and the greens, please no more land reclamation!!!

Synopsis

The drama tells the story of Kim Joo Won (Hyun Bin), an arrogant and eccentric CEO who maintains the image of seeming perfection, and Gil Ra Im (Ha Ji Won), a poor and humble stuntwoman whose beauty and body are the object of envy amongst top actresses. Their accidental meeting, when Joo Won mistakes Ra Im for actress Park Chae Rin, marks the beginning of a tense, bickering relationship, through which Joo Won tries to hide a growing attraction to Ra Im that both confuses and disturbs him. To complicate matters further, a strange sequence of events results in them swapping bodies.

Call Center - Hot Line

During lunch hour, made a phone call to my bank, and realised that it is so difficult to reach the operator. I wasted more than 5 minutes to call their hot-line and it didn't work, at last,  I decided to use the regular phone number, talked to the branch staff what I wanted and at the same time, complained their hot-line - got the suggestion to use the hotline with the option 1538!!!

This is not my first experience, I wanted to check information with the local telephone operator, and at  that time I also wasted more than 15 minutes, in the Saturday morning.

All I can say is for the commercial organisations, they just want to reduce the staff cost and maximize their profit, I don't understand why the regulators don't check the customer service quality.

Another conclusion, if one wants to talk with the staff, the hot line usually doesn't work, use the normal phone number!

N.S.  When I talked with the bank operator, I got a message that " if one wants to get higher time deposit interest rate, it is better the he/she goes to the bank counter to make the transaction"!! That means the e-banking 's interest rate is VERY STANDARD, while the counter service is MORE PERSONAL!
