Tired of Yam Cha, thus stay home for a simple lunch.
Got the cabbage and pork dumplings from the shop, and made myself some noodles, served with my secret mixing sauce.
Easy, quick and delicious lunch!!!
When I was in the shop, read the menu that they also offer the "go believe", which is not common in Macau.
Go believe was originally from Tianjin. I had a business trip in August 2005 in Tianjin and We were offered a very nice lunch in that famous restaurant- The Tianjin Goubuli Dumpling Restaurant
Compared with its Chinese name "Goubuli" which means "dog don't like [it]", the English name "Go Believe" sounds like its Mandarin name.
I think the chefs are really masters, they made the delicious master pieces!!!
If I have the other chance to Tianjin, I would like to visit this restaurant again!!
