Two Clocks

I like to read stories, especially in management and economics.

I remember I read one story about clocks. It mentioned that in management, we should not using two clocks at the same time, otherwise it will be very difficult to get standards, to give instructions and get the expected results.

A told me recently, she got two bosses, and she could not satisfy two bosses at the same time, for boss X told her to do something, and boss Y complained that she didn't finish the work he gave her.

We should not get in this situation for our daily work, otherwise, it is not effecient at all!!
