老外咖啡AFONSO- Cafe Xina － 澳門精彩葡餐

龍嵩街的AFONSO搬了一段日子,
都不知新地方的準確地點,
周六中午一個late lunch,
去了近鏡湖醫院後面
新勝街７２號Ｂ地下的老外咖啡AFONSO,
小街上人流不多，
主要都是靠相熟 的葡國人食客為主，
原來老板取牌原因要改了用此名字,
店內小小,
很有歐洲小餐館的感覺,
已過午飯時間,
點了prato do dia -
bacalhau com broa,
polvo com batata,
maça asada
vinho tinto,
可能是 bacalhau,
味道有點鹹,
做法特別,
馬介休,已滲透美味汁面包粒,中式的菜心粒, ......美味,
熱熱的八爪魚薯仔,加上大量蒜片及olive oil,
八爪魚粗粗肥滿的,
伴著小小連皮的薯仔,
夢幻般的組合,
casa de vinho texture acceptable,
燒蘋果更不是很多地方都做，
老板AFONSO親自下廚，
好奇詢問有否澳門一般小店的特色，
家業後繼無人，
原來他的兒子正是他的高徙，
 很久沒有吃他的燒乳豬，
再問有否仍提供，
老板AFONSO說要兩天前預訂才入味，
７００元，包沙律及配炒飯，
想起也精彩，
周六中午小餐館小聚
總體是不錯的午餐!

Starbucks是香港人其中一個最愛惠顧的咖啡店，這可能是因為好喝的飲料，以及舒適的環境外，貼心的服務態度，相信也是重要因素之一。

Starbucks的員工會禮貌地詢問：「先生小姐，請問你的名未字是?」，接著他們便會在紙杯上，寫上你說出的名字。可是，你不難發現店員在杯子上，寫錯自己的名字。

難道Starbucks很愛聘用文盲?非也，員工這樣做，其實真是用苦良心，他們知道自己串錯字，但其卻堅持錯下去。當客人發現自己的名未字被寫錯，大多會感到驚訝；然後，便拍攝令人難以相信的錯誤，並上載至網上的社交平台。

這簡直是免費，又具效用的廣告。

可是，員工有時候也會寫對名字，這樣客人便會特別高興。

Sometimes when a person is a hard thinker,
like me,
something sudden happens,
I can make a quick decision,
however,
the following issues bother me!

昨天黃昏Ｆ帶我去了一間在二馬路的ＣＡＦＥ，
小小店子，
我差點看不見店名，
裝飾都很有心意，
食客有年青人及裝扮高雅的半長者，
食品選擇不多，
應該是 意粉及ＰＩＺＺＡ三文治及飲品，
Ｆ是吃晚餐－她耍了帶子卡邦尼意粉、
我要了薰香草花茶，
食物賣相不錯，
Ｆ說味道也可。
小店小小，
密密傾談，
頗有忙裡偷閒的感覺。

Time

Last night,
stayed in father 's house to watch TV program until 10:30pm,
and chatted with my father a little bit,
on my way home,
counting the time talk with my father.

Everyday when I go to work,
I rush home for meals,
and see him twice,
no more than 2 hours,
but the time spend to talk to him is minimum,
as I am busy on the preparation of this and that.

During weekends,
I usually like to find time on seeing friends,
but the time with my father is only one or two hours,
like Yam Cha,
thus,
counting the time with my dear father,
as he lives alone,
out of 24 hours,
my time with him is only 8.3% of each day!

Remember last time when I met my aunt,
she reminded me that for the old parents,
the time seeing them is a scarce resource,
it will be used out one day,
you don't know when!
