I learned to make this sandwich when I had the one-month travelling course in south-west of United Sates.
We made the budget trip as all of us were students.
We shopped food in the supermarket, we made salad, we made soup and we ate sandwiches. We sometimes made hot meals - with the help of Mrs. Grunwald - she was a good housewife - we learned that she had a home economic degree.
Once in a while, we ate in the restaurant - I remember once we were very hungry and we had a nice dinner in Pizza Hut - but it was at the very beginning, and we were told that we should not spent so much money on meals.
Almost at the end of the trip, most of us were tired of the peanut butter sandwich!!
