A boutique near my house is going to close, and today is the last day of the business.
From yesterday, the T-shirts, pants and the jackets are on sale, but most of them are in odd-size, still there are many Philippines customers in the shop.
A lady asked the owner, how would the stock go to after today, and the owner said that she had already got a buyer who would get all the stock by paying a lump sum of money after the last day of sale - i.e. no matter how many pieces or the size of the clothes.
When I heard of this, I observed that the owner also tried very hard to sell the stock in the shop - for this, all the money would go to her pocket, as this would be the marginal revenue for her - she would get the money from the buyer anyway.
