After N left the office and went back to Portugal, we had a new replacement yesterday. He is also from Portugal and came to Macau last October( Interesting enough - some people leave, some people come - it is like the marriage, some get engaged, some get divorced - everyone is searching for his/her dreams).
Thus, we are going to have a new perspective in work place and we have to adjust with each other in our tiny office.
Just can't believe - I moved in this office in July 2006, in only few years, all the previous colleagues have left, and now, I am the one who has longer working experience in the small work place.
This is real life - the growth of an organisation should be have the movement of in and out.
Many years ago, I have realised that every thing in the world should have the movements - like our body - we water in, we water out; for the room - we need to open the window or door to get the fresh air in and out, otherwise, otherwise,it is just like a closed box.
New staff (friends) can bring in new experience and insight, we are usually very lazy and we do not want to change, thus things may become habits, and we are living in the same world.
I should once in a while tell myself to have some changes.
