First day of Easter Holiday (2011.4.22), went to HK for a day trip. At night time, realised that today is Chicken Day for me.
Breakfast at North Point (真真小食店) - Fujian food - had fried noodles and the chicken roll ( it is only the name of chicken, but nothing related with chicken, it is a deep fried roll made with mince pork and the water chestnut, which are wrapped into a bean curt sheet, may be it is a traditional Fujian food).
Lunch at Prince ( Sweetheart Restaurant花園餐廳 ) set lunch - soup, black pepper chicken with spaghetti.
Dinner at Jordan ( Pak Doon栢檔去骨海南雞飯) - boneless Hanan style chicken rice with home made Chinese soup, the shop claimed no MSG added, food is OK, but at night time, I still found out I was pretty thirsty with the food.
Eating out is always a lot of oily stuff and salty, not to mention with the MSG!
For healthy food, better to stay home and cook by myself!
