Sunday morning, when I was out for lunch, I saw there were plenty dog shits on the street.
I was thinking whether I were in Paris and I told my father to be careful. At the same time, an uncle in the neighbourhood told me that he usually see some owners of the dogs go out with the dogs with pieces of newspapers, however, when nobody is there, they just let the dog to shit everywhere.
What a shame, they only act as good citizens when the street is full of people, as a proof that they do good job. HOWEVER, when no eyes on them, they do nasty things.
