Beggar

Rainy Friday.
at the side of Main Post Office,
busy hour at lunch time,
there were plenty of people walking in the street,
while a beggar was sitting on the ground asking for money,
his tiny plastic bucket was empty.
A western tourist passed by,
put a HKD2 coin into the bucket,
he immediately made a sign to appreciate the offer.

I was thinking what do the foreign visitors feel and comment on the beggar in the busy street,
what 's wrong with the man?
what 's wrong with the society?
what's wrong with the Government?
This happens in the famous international city - MACAU.
