Find Lost Teacher

As we are going to have a high school gathering in January,
we want to find out one of our class-teachers - Mr. Sam Hon Lai 岑漢黎,
I tried to search information over Internet,
and discovered that he was the President of one of associations,
thus wrote an e-mail to the association and hoping I can find him out,
however,
the message eventually got bounced back.......
I need to find a way to search him out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Professor 岑漢黎used to teach in Macau University, and he should be retired now.
