朱熹：觀書有感二首
其一
半畝方塘一鑑開，
天光雲影共徘徊。
問渠那得清如許，
為有源頭活水來。
其二
昨夜江邊春水生，
蒙衝巨艦一毛輕。
向來枉費推移力，
此日中流自在行。
Inspiration by reading
The half acre small square pond looks like a mirror,
the shadow of the sky and clouds,
with the waves rippling together on the surface of the water.
Question it why the water could be so clear?
Found that there is a steady stream of flowing water,
keep on flowing water in.
Last night the river sank with sea water,
the giant ship floating high accordingly,
as light as a feather.
Before,
it took a lot of effort
but still could not move it on,
now,
it takes so easy to move it freely in the water.
