At the beginning, I have no idea what is this (this is Portuguese term, but only Macanese know).
After explanation from my colleague - I know it is the half milk tea, half coffee, very common in the Cafe shop in Macau and Hong Kong 鴛鴦咖啡.
H came from Portugal, and she has been in Macau over 30 years, she knows a lot of Chinese culture.
She explains that in past, when the Portuguese first came, they were quite unfamiliar with the coffee here, it was like a big glass of water, as in Portugal, they have the bica, very tiny and strong coffee.
Though she told me she likes the cha-fe!!!
