Last night on the way home, met a Portuguese colleague M who has left Macau for 9 years in Largo Senado.
I was thinking it is really unbelievable, the world is so big, and I can meet people accidentally on the street.
M stopped by office and visited us today, she is on vacation and she looks very nice, and she told us that she is going to retire next year.
After work, at the same location, I met a classmate of my master course -P ( who came from India, and now he is working in UM).
This is really a miracle, he left Macau about 10 years ago, and he went to study and work in University of HK, then, I lost his contact. I didn't know he has been working in Macau for few years, he got married, and has two lovely kids.
We talked on the street, had a brief update and recalled that by the time we finished our course, all of us planned to keep in touch by Internet, and after that, all our classmates left Macau, except 3-4 stay here.
We promise to catch up with the other people in Macau and make regular gatherings, I hope this cheque can be cashed one day.
I tried to check my old e-mailing list, I didn't have the records..... need to go back the old computer to get the address excel file - I was the one who created this file long time ago!!
Sometimes it is good to meet old friends, especially on the street, that 's why I like Largo Senado very much.
