忽有故人心上過，回首山河已是秋。
它朝若是同淋雪，此生也算共白頭！
白頭若是雪可替，世間何來傷心人。

驀然心底湧起對舊時故人的牽掛，回頭遠望千山萬水，早已浸滿深秋的蕭索。
倘若來日我們能一同沐過漫天飛雪，縱然未曾朝夕相伴到老，這一生也算與你共赴白頭。
倘若白雪真能替代歲月染白的髮絲，彌補所有分離遺憾，世間又怎會有無數為情傷懷之人？
如果此刻你能夠伴我身旁，我又何須借漫天寒雪，幻想與你相伴白首。

A ghost of old love drifts sudden through my breast;
