上海小籠飽 Shanghai fried bread dumplings in China

Shanghai food is one of my favorites.

Last Friday, I had dinner with P, we went to China Gongbei to taste the delicious Shanghai food in the mall of the border. He also told me that there is a new section for food court over there. In addition of the duck noodles, he recommended me the bread dumplings of one place. I tried and I loved it very much.

Therefore, yesterday, on my way back to Macau, I stopped by the shop and bought four pieces.

As the business was good, after paying, I needed to wait for more than 10 minutes to get the food. As time passed, more people needed to wait for the dumplings too.

Actually, I passed by this place many times, but I never tried. The fried bread dumplings are crispy outside, and a lot of juice inside, fresh made and very delicious.

One disappointed thing I discovered when I was waiting - I will not buy in this place again.

The kitchen is open area, and we can see the staff preparing the food. They worked very busy with the flour, making them into small pieces, than wrapped with the meat.

I saw a girl working skillfully with the flour by the kitchen table, once in a while, she rested, however, she put her hand into her eyes and clear something, then she continued. she worked so naturately.

She didn't care what was outside the kitchen - how people observe or watch how they were working.

She didn't realise what she had done, the dirt form her eyes and the food on the table!!!!!

I remember my college roommate told me the story of the food management in the states.

I also complained to her that I hate the Chinese mixing the money with the food simulanteously.

I know some shops have improved, but in this shop, they claimed that they are very famous for the food, and they have a cashier to collect the money, however, please, please also take care of the higence standard, in the kitchen !!

I hope more people can realise the importance of higence, we should use our money to decide the way how the shop fix the food, if they fail, they should not get our money - this is my roommate taught me!!
