酸辣粉

昨天晚上的快餐試了一間從未吃過的店子，
在維景酒店側門的小店子，
店名與賣的東西都是酸辣粉，
黃底紅字為招牌，
看見店內食客大大碗紅酒色的食物，
好不刺激，
真是味覺與視覺一大享受，
食牌上寫有大，中，小，微辣及不辣，
２４小時營業，
非常熱鬧，
款式也算多，
點了肥牛海帶鴛鴦（黑白粉－薯粉及桂林米粉），
微辣，　
紅紅的一大碗，
熱加上辣，
配皮蛋及生青瓜，
冰凍蔗水，
勉強可以接受的程度，
怕，
仍要吃，
很好味呀，
超滿足！

此店亦提供外賣送貨，
super wonderful!

教育，文化與管理

由一個有文化使命，
可以影響及教育我們下一代的政府部門，
執行一個已舉辦了多年的重頭國際性節目，
可是組織管理的工作仍是像新丁一樣，
沒有考慮真正觀眾的感受及需要，
讓觀眾被強迫在節目應該開始時，
默默等待在外面大堂＂準時＂進行的主禮人開幕致詞，
為何時間不能準確或提早配合？
見微知主，
真是不願評價！

完場時的所謂交通安排，
更是混亂一片，
要乘客多次東走西走去追車!

Tout le monde dit que vous étiez belle lorsque vous étiez jeune, je suis venu vous dire que pour moi je vous trouve plus belle maintenant que lorsque vous étiez jeune, j'aime moins votre visage de jeune femme que celui que vous avez maintenant, dévasté». Je pense souvent à cette image que je suis seule à voir encore et dont je n'ai jamais parlé. Elle est toujours là dans le même silence, émerveillante. C'est entre toutes celle qui me plaît de moi-même, celle où je me reconnais, où je m'enchante ».

Beijing Kitchen - Grand Hyatt

Fine dining with friends,
as I didn't know exactly the Chinese name of the restaurant,
but responsible to reserve the table and pre-ordered the famous dishes,
I told them all the English name of the place.
it was Claudia's first time to eat there,
and she went by herself to join us.
She translated the name into Chinese,
but nobody knows what it is when she was looking for her way to find us!

Nice food for the Saturday night,
grilled Beijing duck,
grilled pork,
Stir-fry beef and bamboo shoots
cold Tofu with special sauce,
special noodles,
fried bitter cucumber with fungus,
sesame pancake with duck liver,
with a lot of talking,
we were so full to finish the food,
and were thinking to pass the dessert,
however,
ended up the desserts were so wonderful.
We ordered  a dessert set for two persons,
five persons shared the delicious sweets:
mango pudding,
a bowl of ice-creams,
homemade sweet tofu,
a bowl of fresh fruits,
so sweet!

Little Tokyo - Napa

Sunday afternoon,
after visiting the museum,
relaxed in this little cafe in Napa,
was sitting by the window in front of the cafe,
enjoying the views of lazy afternoon in front of me.

Outside the window were buses of mainland visitors,
entering into the no name shops for shopping,
which were part of the programs by the travel agency.

The Japanese owner was busy on preparing this and that,
while the staff started to have their late lunch,
the food was quite attractive with different color!

At the same time,
there were only two tables of young customers,
enjoying their drinks with their friends.

Ordered the omelet with rice in tomato sauce,
cranberry juice,
with a piece of New York Cheese Cake.

One motorcycle parked by the side door of the Cafe,
one Japanese guy and his western girl friend entered into the shop,
greeted with the Japanese owner,
and started to say hello to the shop assistants,
they self-helped themselves from the refrigerator,
then sat down on one table,
chatting softly with each other,
what a lovely picture,
it was like a romance movie.

All those sceneries were side dishes to my meal!

周日飲茶時偶遇周氏姐妹,
才知道有"術藝相傳周霑周雲書畫展"
即前往王朝區去 ......
周雲先生的作品真是多元,
他收藏的墨寶也不少,
周霑老先生的作品更是珍藏!

不同時期的作品的累積,
原來也是歷史的印記,
歲月如流!
