Summary:
1.  Brain Foods - Avocado, Blueberries, Broccoli, Coconut Oil, Eggs, Green + Leafy Veggies, Salmon, Turmeric (Tea), Walnuts, Dark Chocolate. 2.  Killing ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) - recognize when your pessimism leads to HABITUAL inaction, doubt, and/or self-scolding. 3.  Exercise - Particularly in the morning, and especially anything that either (a) takes you outside into nature or (b) has you pushing the limits of your muscles and body. Good: Burpies (push up + jump). 4.  Brain Nutrients - see what vitamins/minerals your body is lacking. For me, it's Vitamin D; more sun is the natural solution, but it's hard to get in winter. Kwik recommends supplements, but I prefer the natural, evolution-approved solutions. 5.  Positive Peer Group; who you spend time with is who you become. This extends to virtual peer groups, and even YouTuber/podcaster subscriptions. Whoever you spend the most time listening to, interacting with, and so on are the people whose behavioral patterns, lifestyle choices, and actions you will begin to mirror. Cause: mirror neurons. This is why I stopped watching Ben Shapiro. 6.  Clean Environment 7.  Sleep - I'm a bit more skeptical about this one in the absolute sense; my view is that so long as you have a way to get your brain and body to fully relax, allowing your subconscious full reigns over yourself, you will meet this criterion. Generally this means sleep, but there are some other techniques to achieve this. 8.  Brain Protection - from physical and electrical/radio damage. 9.  Don't Stop Learning New Things - interestingly enough, I once thought up an alternative to Cogito, ergo sum ("I think, therefore I am"): Edisco, ergo vivo ("I learn, therefore I live"). You don't stop learning till the day you die. This is helped by novelty and nutrition - by new things and by fueling the thought about those new things. 10.  Stress Management - too much stress = hard to turn your thoughts away from the things stressing you out.
