This week,
the bank accidentally made a careless mistake,
instead of remitting HKD 20000, the staff debited the account for USD 20000,
the mistake was not discovered until next day,
the receiver in oversea has already withdrawn the money.
A lot of follow up work to chase back the money,
for the account.
I got complaints and excuses that there were plenty of workload in there side,
and they got many remittance applications in same time,
with different currencies.
From this,
I am sorry that if the final difference would be born by the staff,
several months of his/her salaries,
but I know for sure,
this is a big lesson to learn,
for person, for management, and for the company!
