During lunch hour,
watched a leisure program over TV,
one chef demonstrated one dish for the Valentine Day,
and he gave the name of the seafood plate as "邂逅" encounter unexpectedly-
two kinds of mushrooms with a piece of fish in between,
with some kinds of dressing,
and a beautiful decoration on the plate,
I don't need to eat it,
but am impressed from the name of the dish!
