Hot bagels with cream cheese

This afternoon,
chatted with S over internet,
S told me that she learned a new dish when she was in Ukraine during Easter Holiday,
she can make for our class reunion party next time.

The ingreditents include dill, bagels, cream cheese.....
I told her,
I ate hot bagels with cream cheese very often when I was in States,
and I reallty love it,
it is delicious!
However, I don't know how I can get dill here.
