Had a drink in the shop, it is located at the newly developed part of the mall, far away from the heart of the mall itself.
It should be a franchised shop as I know there are plenty shops in HK, but it is my first time to drink in the shop.
First impression was pretty good, clean, nicely renovated, good service and comfortable, though the back ground music was a little bit loud - I think the reason is to hide the noise outside the shop.
However, the price is a little bit expensive - e.g. hot drink costs 26 CNY, S found out one tea set costs 28 CNY, which includes one dessert, one cheese ball and one tea. We also ordered some snacks - the deep fried Tufu and the deep fried shrimps - 4 pieces. The taste is OK.
S's sweet dessert was in a very big bowl, however, later we found out there was lots of ice at the bottom - this is the way the business people to present the food.
At the end, the bill was 104 CNY, but the cashier convinced us to pay additional CNY to be a memeber, so that next time , we can enjoy more benefits. However, we found out that it was very toublesome and we may not use that very often. Then we declined.
Then, it came out that the guy presented us two CNY8 coupons and he told us that we could use it next time for the drinks - however I discovered that expired date is within 10 days only - we definitely will not use it!!
Overall comment - the spending in Zhuhai is becoming more expensive, as the CNY is more expensive than the MOP.
For the dessert, if we go to the other dessert shop, the price will be different, but, the price in this shop includes the nicely environment and the good service!!
