Dragon Boat Festival 2010

Today is "Dragon Boat Festival", day off.

Plan for afternoon tea for Brother Tim
Tried to call Brother Tim to see if he has time to have tea together, since this has been talked for many times, unfortunately, he told me he needs to work, and he said I was lucky to have day off.

On the street
Went to wet market to buy oranges and food, there were not many people in the wet market, but saw two dressed nice aunties having conversation in front of my favorite vegetable vendor.

The ladies said that they would like to buy green vegetables with shorter size (younger), as if they buy the longer ones, their Indonesian maids will cut the stems shorter and keep the greener one (the tender part, which is delicious) for themselves to eat ( I believe they don't eat together).

On the way home, passed the "Seng Kei Congee" a note indicated that they went out for travelling and re-open on 17. What a happy and lucky man, the owner and his wife work very hard every morning, and they have very good business, still, they know how to enjoy life, the other day when I was eating over there, the business was slow and he talked with one of his old friends about his Europe/US trips. So wonderful !!!

At home
