A large company 's driver, is taking his rest on the driver's seat, and waits for the other ride. He is supposed to follow the route to take the passengers to the destination.
One man dressed in uniform approaches him and instructs him to stop by one place, to send the VIP guest to the airport.
The driver is very strict and says that he is not allowed to change the route, no matter who is the company's big boss, he only knows the instruction of his supervisor.
They quarrel for few minutes, and the driver still remains his words.
The time comes, he has to leave the parking lot, without picking the VIP guest.
After only few seconds, he gets the phone call from his direct superior.
From the conversation, it seems that he really has rejected the instruction of the super-boss.
But the driver explains that he doesn't know anything, for he is doing his right thing, according to the instruction of the company.
Great!! I agree with the driver.
What if he change his route, and his supervisor complains him his action.
Lesson to learn: Communication should be passed to the right people, at right time, in the right place.
