Egg Drop Soup With Winter Melon and Mushrooms

640 g (1 catty) Winter Melon (skin removed)
40 g Fresh Mushrooms
2 Eggs
80 g Minced Lean Meat

Boil hot water, put all ingredients in and cook for 1 hour, drop eggs when the soup is ready.
