As the banquet was in the Coloane island, the hotel provided pick-up services to pick up the guests from Macau, however, I was a little bit surprised that the first driver did not provide a good service to the guests, such as he was very rude to tell the people doing this, doing that while the driver of the return trip was much better.
I think it is a way of good communication, the management should pay attention of the performance of the front line staff as they can bring more guests to the business, but it can also turn down customers, politeness is very important !!
