幸運地，說多謝的方法千變萬化，我印象最深刻的，是朋友一句簡單而獨特的說話：「I can't thank you enough! You're a gem.」坦白說，我做過什麼令她要多謝我，已沒印象，不過被稱為「a gem」，實在令我有點飄飄然，樂了半天。
You're a gem與You are one in a million意義相近，都有極少、珍貴、獨一無二的含意。我想，當有人用心為你提供一些特別的幫助，她/他絕對值得你花一點心思，充滿感情地說出一句貼心的感謝說話。
